Chicago-area Library Assessment Conference presenters discussed their topics in a recap-style event. This event wasn't just for assessment folks – presentations covered many aspects of library work, ranging from benchmarking data collection about reference services to exploring the implications of campus learning analytics initiatives.

University of Chicago Library LibraryUX Chicago and Academic Library Marketing presented Focus Groups & Qualitative Research – an interactive workshop. Lead by Dr. Stacy Neier Beran, PhD of Loyola University Chicago, participants received hands on experience in leading focus groups, working with qualitative data, and using results to facilitate change. This workshop was a blend of interactive activities and lecture. This event was held at the Joseph Regenstein Library at the University of Chicago in room 122.
